A round-up of the latest private markets people moves globally
AGCO, a global agricultural manufacturer, has named Damon Audia as President of PTx and Corporate Strategy. Indira Agarwal moves into Audia’s previous role as Senior Vice President and CFO.
Canara Bank, an India-based commercial bank, has appointed Sujit Kumar Sahoo as Group Chief Compliance Officer for a three-year term. He was previously Interim Group Chief Compliance Officer.
Danaher, a life sciences and diagnostics company, has designated Julie Sawyer Montgomery as President and CEO, effective October. She succeeds Rainer Blair, who will retire and serve as a Senior Advisor until March 2027.
Consumer goods company Procter & Gamble has named President and CEO Shailesh Jejurikar as Chairman of the Board. He succeeds Jon Moeller, who retires from the company in August.
Technology corporation and corporate investor Qualcomm has brought Wassim Chourbaji on as Senior Vice President and President of EMEA. Enrico Salvatori moves to Chairman and will retire in June 2027.
Suncor Energy, a Canada-based integrated energy company and corporate investor, has appointed Peter Zebedee as President and CFO, effective September. He will subsequently succeed Rich Kruger as President and CEO in April 2027.
Blue Owl Capital has hired Takeo Ikemori as Managing Director, Representative in Japan, and Head of Japan Institutional Capital. He joins from Natixis Japan Securities, where he headed up financial institutions group coverage.
Alternative asset manager Audax Strategic Capital has appointed Ralph Yang as Managing Director and Co-Head in New York, working alongside Kumber Husain. He joins from Blackstone’stactical opportunities group.
Europe-based VC firm Balderton has promoted Greta Anderson, Elena Moneta, and Claudia Rowe to Managing Directors. Anderson focuses on early-stage investments, Moneta and Rowe on growth investments across Europe.
US-based private equity firm Capitol Meridian Partners has appointed Maisha Glover as Operating Partner. Joining from McKinsey, she will assess opportunities and work with portfolio companies in the national security, defense, and commercial aviation sectors.
Felicis has appointed Graham Littlehale as Partner, focused on the US-based venture firm’s hard-tech and deep-tech investments. He joins from Point72 Ventures, where he worked on national security investments.
VC firm Flagship Pioneering has appointed Fidah Alsagoff as Executive Partner and Head of Global Initiatives, and Maggie Sahlman as Executive Partner and Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations. Alsagoff was most recently Chairman of Clavystbio, while Sahlman joins from Charlesbank Capital Partners, where she headed up investor relations.
Left Lane Capital has promoted Arjun Kapur and Paddy Dillon to Principals, Erica Amatori to Partner of Platform, and Alex Wu to Partner of Talent. The VC firm also announced ten other promotions across its US and European investment, platform, finance, operations, and investor relations teams.
US-based Paceline Equity Partners has promoted Jonathan Rosen to Partner. He joined the firm as a Vice President in 2019.
Japan-based asset manager Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Asset Management has appointed Shin Sawada as Managing Director of its London-based EMEA business, succeeding Hiroki Moritani. Sawada previously led overseas business development and strategic planning at the firm in Tokyo.
TA Associates, a global private equity firm, has hired Marie Suesse as Chief Human Capital Officer in Boston. She joins from Värde Partners, where she was Global Head of Human Capital, Communications & Administration.
Arnold & Porter has appointed Chee-Kwan Kim as Partner in the M&A team of its corporate and finance practice in Seoul. He advises on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions involving Korean companies and sponsors.
Latham & Watkins has hired Samantha McGonigle as Partner in its M&A and private equity practices in London. She joins from European private equity firm Hg, where she was Partner and General Counsel.
Deloitte has appointed Michael Gray as Partner to lead the development of its mid-market sponsor coverage business. He will work with private equity firms across the professional services firm’s M&A and advisory platform.
Evercore, a global investment banking advisory firm, has appointed Dylan Tornay as Senior Managing Director in its equity capital markets group in New York, focused on industrials and infrastructure. He joins from Citi, where he led on industrials, natural resources, and power equity capital markets.
US-based Modera Wealth Management has appointed Aaron Lieberman as a Wealth Manager and Principal in New York. He will advise clients and mentor younger advisors.
Moelis & Company, an independent investment bank, has hired Rich Saltzman as Managing Director and Head of GP-led Advisory in New York. He’s held senior roles at Jefferies, Guggenheim, and Houlihan Lokey.
Global advisory firm Perella Weinberg Partners has promoted eight Managing Directors to Partner: Sam Alnouri, Serdj Balach, Adam Lubart, Ridwan Obaray, and Matt Rahmani are based in New York; Edyta Lipka and Andrew Stockdale are based in London; and Markus Freund is based in Munich.
US-based wealth manager Prosperity, an EisnerAmper company, has appointed Brian W. Katz as CIO to lead the investment team, portfolio construction strategy, and market research.
Private capital advisory platform Stonehaven has appointed Percell Watson as Affiliate Partner. He is currently Managing Partner of Wattcubed Capital Partners and previously worked at Markets Group and Aegis Capital.
